The PFS confirms the economic viability of large-scale <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>production of copper in concentrate (\u201cConcentrate Project\u201d) through the refurbishment and <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>expansion of Nifty\u2019s brownfield concentrator and accompanying new surface mine. The PFS also <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>confirms economics of producing copper cathode by re-treating Nifty\u2019s Heap Leach Pads 1-6 <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>(\u201cInitial Cathode Project\u201d) which is a subset of oxide opportunities. This PFS supports the first Ore <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>Reserve Estimate (\u201cORE\u201d) to be published on the Concentrate Project and Initial Cathode Project <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a>(collectively referred to as the \u201cProjects\u201d). <\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Highlights on a combined basis include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ee-ul\">\n<li>$1,129 million pre-tax NPV8 ($756 million after-tax); pre-tax IRR of 28.9% (23.6% after-tax)<\/li>\n<li>All major permits currently in hand, to be updated using PFS information<\/li>\n<li>Concentrate Project Ore Reserves of 83Mt at 0.90% Cu for 753Kt contained Cu<\/li>\n<li>Initial Cathode Project Ore Reserves of 10.6mt at 0.41% Cu for 44Kt contained Cu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><em>\u201cThe successful completion of this comprehensive PFS marks a pivotal milestone for Cyprium. <\/em><em>This is important, foundational work that we will build on\u201d<\/em> said Executive Chair Matt Fifield.<\/p>\n<p><a target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><\/a><em>\u201cThe PFS highlights the long duration and immense profitability of Nifty\u2019s Concentrate Project.
